Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated October 9, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the Teyon website or products, including private-beta and evaluation services (the Services). It is part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.

We built the Services to keep AI workloads running. Use them for that. Do not use them to harm others, to harm us, or to do anything the law does not allow.

  1. 1. Prohibited uses

    You may not, and may not allow anyone else to, use the Services to:

    • violate any law or regulation, including export-control, sanctions, data-protection, and privacy laws;
    • infringe or misappropriate anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, or submit Customer Data you do not have the right to submit;
    • introduce malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or damage any system, network, or data, whether ours or anyone else's;
    • interfere with the operation of the Services, impose an unreasonable load on them, or probe, scan, or test their vulnerability without our written permission;
    • circumvent or disable authentication, usage limits, licensing, or other security or access controls, or share credentials with others;
    • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or models underlying the Services, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
    • resell, sublicense, rent, lease, time-share, or otherwise make the Services available to third parties, or use them to provide a service bureau or managed service;
    • use the Services, or access to them, to build or improve a product that competes with the Services, or publish benchmarks or comparisons of Beta Services without our prior written consent;
    • scrape, crawl, frame, or bulk-download the Site, or use automated means to submit the contact form or create accounts;
    • submit protected health information, payment card data, government identifiers, or other specially regulated data unless a written agreement with us expressly covers it;
    • impersonate any person or organization, misrepresent your affiliation, or provide false information when requesting access; or
    • harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users.
  2. 2. Enforcement

    We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and may remove content, suspend or limit access, or terminate your use of the Services, with notice where practicable. We may also report activity that we believe is unlawful to law enforcement.

    If you become aware of a violation of this Policy, or if you have found a vulnerability in the Services, please tell us at security@teyon.ai.

  3. 3. Changes

    We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on the Site with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after that date means you accept the updated Policy.
